Maybelline COLORsensational - Swatches

Recently I have been going through my collection and found my Maybelline COLORsensational lipsticks. I have four colours in total, Sultry Sand (710), Coral Crush (515), Hot Plum (906) and Vibrant Mandarin (914). Retailing for $16.95 aud from Priceline they have a range of 32 colours to choose from.

Sultry Sand has to be my least favourite out of the four colours I own as it feels and looks like an everyday concealer. It made my face looked washed out, my lips looked cracked and the product itself felt heavy and uncomfortable almost as if it was meant to be a concealer.

Coral Crush is a great coral red colour to spice up any nude look. The texture of coral crush was a lot smoother than sultry sand but I still felt as though it made the cracks in my lips more defiant and easier to see.

Hot plum is one of my favourites as it is an off purple/pink colour. It is great with a smokey eye or just winged eyeliner as the attention is drawn straight to the lips. Hot plum glides on smoothly and doesn't show the cracks as much as sultry sand and coral crush.

Lastly, Vibrant Mandarin is also a favourite as it is the perfect orange. It isn't too overpowering and works well with any skin tone. I personally think this colour suits a winged eyeliner with a classic, simple outfit as the attention is sent straight to the lips.

All four lipstick shades last around 4 hours with food and drinking involved. All in all, I believe they are worth the money and they have a great colour selection.

Go get your kisses on xo

Orange Everything - Mini Haul

A big day shopping for me today, although I only purchased two items. "Big ticket" items I would say just because my budget or amount of money isn't the best. I definitely have a new obsession. That obsession would be the colour orange. Plus, I have had my eye on this one particular bag for a good 5 months but couldn't bring myself to spend the $150 aud on the price tag. I eventually saved it up and bought it if I lost 5kg, which I did so I thought I would just do it just like Nike says.

Kardashian Kollection always fascinated me in the fact that they were my type of bags. The particular bag I was eyeing was the Back to Basics quilted Shopper in Melon. Retailed at $150  aud at Strandbags and $160 at David Jones it would take me forever to finally purchase it, but today was the day and I am so ecstatic that I finally have the bag I have wanted for so long!.

Since I have also been on a health kick, I decided I needed some new shoes and found the Adidas Duramo in ADIPRENE + in the colour Orange. Retailed at $189, I paid $50aud from Jim Kidd Sports. The perfect shoe for running or any exercise as it is cushioned to help support you're feet.

Redecorating my room!

Today was the final day of redecorating my room and I feel as if it just isn't coming together. I guess it's because of the fact that I have clothes everywhere and other junk lying around. Once all the furniture is in place, I will start to take my after photos and put them all together for you to see! xx
